D 27. Kreuzziehen
Ausgangsposition: 3D-FLEXMOTION-Arme nach schräg un-
ten einstellen. Sitz einklappen und Seilverlängerungen ein-
hängen. Stand vor dem Gerät mit Gesicht zum Gerät. Die
Schlaufen werden überkreuz mit gestreckten Armen gefasst.
Bewegungsausführung: Schulterblätter zusammenziehen
und die gestreckten Arme diagonal nach oben ziehen.
Beanspruchte Muskulatur: Rhomboideus, hintere und mittle-
re Schultermuskulatur, Trizeps
GB 27. Crosswise pull
Starting position: Set the 3D-FLEXMOTION arms to point diagonally downwards.
Fold the seat in and attach the rope extensions. Stand facing the machine. Cross
the ropes and grasp the loops with the arms stretched.
Movement: Pull the shoulder blades together and pull the stretched arms diagonally
upwards.
Muscles used: Rhomboid muscle, rear and middle shoulder muscles, triceps

Beweging: schouderbladen samentrekken en de gestrekte armen diagonaal naar
boven bewegen.

Posición inicial: ajustar los brazos del 3D-FLEXMOTION inclinados hacia abajo.

l’alto, con direzione diagonale.

gonalnie do góry.
