D 14. Bizepscurls stehend
Ausgangsposition: Fester Stand auf der Trittplatte. Die Hände
fassen die Zugstange im Untergriff. Die Zugstange vor dem
Körper halten. Die Arme sind leicht gebeugt. Die Oberarme
liegen am Ober körper an.
Bewegungsausführung: Durch Beugen der Arme im Ellenbogen
wird die Zugstange in Richtung Schulter bewegt. Die Oberar-
me bleiben dabei am Körper fixiert.
Beanspruchte Muskulatur: Armbeuger
GB 14. Biceps curls standing
Starting position: Firm stance on the footplate. The handle is
gripped in both hands from below. Hold the handle in front
of the body. The arms are slightly bent. The upper arms are
held close to the body.
Exercise: The handle is moved towards the shoulder by bending
the arm at the elbow. The upper arms remain pressed
against the body.
Benefits: Biceps

Position initiale: bien debout sur le marchepieds. Les mains sai-
sissent la barre par le dessous. Maintenir la barre de traction
devant le corps, les bras légèrement fléchis, la partie
supérieure des bras collée au tronc.
Mouvement: plier les bras au coude pour déplacer la barre de
traction en direction des épaules. La partie supérieure des
bras reste collée au corps.

Uitgangspositie: ga rechtop op de treeplank staan. Pak met
beide handen de greep onderhands vast. Houd de trekstang
met licht gebogen armen voor het lichaam. Houd uw boven-
armen tegen uw bovenlichaam.
Oefening: door het buigen van de armen wordt de trekstang in
de richting van de schouders bewogen. De bovenarmen bli-
jven daarbij tegen het lichaam gedrukt.

E 14. Rotación de bíceps de pie
Posición inicial: Firmemente de pie sobre la placa. Las manos
sostienen la barra de tracción desde abajo. Sostener la
barra delante del cuerpo. Los brazos están ligeramente fle-
xionados. Los brazos tocando la parte superior del cuerpo.
Ejecución del movimiento: Flexionando los brazos en los codos,
la barra de tracción se mueve hacia los hombros. Los brazos
quedan fijos contra la parte superior del cuerpo.
Efecto: Flexores de brazos.

Posizione di partenza: la posizione deve essere diritta sulla
pedana. Le mani devono afferrare la barra dal basso. Tene-
re la barra davanti al corpo. Le braccia devono essere leg-
germente piegate. Le braccia supe riori poggiano sul busto.
Sequenza del movimento: piegando le braccia la barra viene
condotta verso le spalle. Le parti superiori delle braccia
rimangono fissate al corpo.
Effetto: flessore del gomito

Pozycja wyjściowa: stabilna postawa na podłożu. Ręce trzyma-
ją wyciąg od dołu. Trzymać wyciąg przed tułowiem. Ramio-
na są lekko zgięte i przylegają do tułowia.
Przebieg ruchów: poprzez zginanie rąk w stawie łokciowym
wyciąg kierowany jest w kierunku barków. Ramiona są przy
tym dalej przy ciele.
Działanie: Mięsień zginacz rąk
CZ 14. Bicepsové zdvihy ve stoje
Výchozí poloha: Pevný postoj na stupátku. Rukama uchopte
táhlo zespodu. Držte táhlo před tělem. Paže jsou lehce
pokrčeny. Nadloktí přiléhají k horní části těla.
Provedení pohybu: Ohýbáním paží v lokti se táhlo pohybuje
směrem k rameni. Nadloktí přitom zůstávají u těla.
