Fjern skind og sten fra avocadoen,
og skær kødet i tern 1-2 cm.
Placeres i skålen sammen med
citronsaft og der pulses ved
hastighed 2 indtil der opnås en ret
fin puré. Avocadopuréen
kombineres med tomatblandingen
og der smages til med krydderier.

en jævn konsistens. Kør i kortere
tid, hvis der ønskes en mere
grovkornet konsistens.
