100 g røget makrel
50 g flødeost

300 g modne mangofrugter, skåret
i tern på 1-2 cm.
5 ml frisk limesaft
10 ml lys brun farin
5 -10 ml orangelikør (valgfrit)
Sæt den nederste kniv skålen.
Tilsæt alle ingredienserne i den
ovenstående rækkefølge, og kør
derefter ved hastighed 1 i ca. 10
sekunder, eller indtil en ensartet
puré opnås.
Anvend efter behov
avocadodip
1 moden avocado, skåret i tern på
1-2 cm.
1 fed hvidløg, knust
100 g græsk yoghurt naturel
et par stilke frisk dild
Sæt begge knive på skålen. Placér
ingredienserne i den ovenstående
rækkefølge i skålen, og kør ved
hastighed 2 i 10 sekunder, eller
indtil en jævn konsistens opnås,
mens der skrabes ned efter behov.
