Changement de menu
Appuyez sur le bouton de changement de menu (MENU) pour passer au menu sous
vide ou au menu cuisson lente.
Achage du menu de cuisson
Un témoin lumineux ache le menu correspondant. Choisissez le menu SOUS VIDE
avec les températures entre 40°C et 90°C ou le menu cuisson lente (Slow Cook) «
Cuiseur lent » avec une garde au chaud (auto keep warm) basse (low), haute (high)
ou automaque.
Température et achage de la durée
Après avoir choisi la méthode de préparaon, vous pouvez corriger la température
(TEMP) ou la durée (TIME) à l’aide des èches ( ).
Bouton Start / Stop
Pour commencer le processus de préparaon, appuyez sur le bouton de démarrage
(START). Pour le terminer, maintenez le bouton d’annulaon (CANCEL) enfoncé.
Panneau d’achage LED
Ache la durée de cuisson ou le temps écoulé de la foncon garder au chaud.
Bouton On / O
Pour allumer et éteindre l’appareil. Éteignez toujours l’appareil avant de débran-
cher le câble d’alimentaon.
