Recette de fondue au café
Ingrédients
- 50cl de café fort (type expresso)
- 1 cuillère à café de cacao en poudre
- 200g de sucre en poudre
- 50cl de crème liquide
- 4 cuillères à soupe de fécule de maïs
Préparation
Versez le café chaud dans une casserole. Ajoutez les 4 cuillères à soupe de fécule de maïs
(préalablement délayée dans un peu de café froid). Ajoutez ensuite le cacao et le sucre.
Laissez fondre. Incorporez ensuite la crème tiédie. Une fois le mélange bien homogène, versez
le tout dans la cuve de la base.
Suggestion d’aliments à tremper:
brioche, ananas, bananes, amaretti (petits macarons secs aux amandes)
REMARQUE: A cause de la différence de consistance des substances, le rideau des différents
types de fondue ne s’écoulera pas toujours comme c’est le cas pour le chocolat.
