For problem-free cable routing, a
special cable manager kit that holds
one shifter cable neatly in position is
available from . It provides a
tidy method of holding the shifter
cables even on frames without cable
guides. The cablehousing can be
easily removed when replacing
cables.

routingthecables,thecableguide
mustbesecuredtotheleftside
brakeboss. Theoriginalbrakeboss
securingboltmustberemoved
(thiswillbereplacedwiththenew
boltsupplied). Allotherpartsof

7.2 Internal gear mech
7.2.1 Cable routing via the brake boss
With the internal gear mech, the shifter cables run from the twist shifter to the cable guide. This could be located on
the brake boss or by frame clamp on the chainstay. The minimum distance from the axle to the cable guide is 240mm.
