Introduction and First Steps

CONGRATULATIONS! You have selected the most versatile hairstyling product avail-

able today! The InStyler Titanium is your unique styling weapon, combining all the

features you have come to expect from hair straighteners and a hot curling tong in one!

Whether you are going for a sleek, straight style or a glamorous curly look, you now

only need a single styling tool to easily create different looks for every day of the year,

depending on your mood and the occasion.

“Take your time!”

• Get to know how you can best make the InStyler work for your individual hair

type. You probably want to straighten your hair as quickly as possible but you

will achieve amazing results much more quickly if you take your time. Use the

InStyler slowly and with care for the best possible results, far beyond anything you

have ever previously experienced using other curling tongs or hair straighteners

because its unique, rotating heated barrel does all of the work for you!

• Experiment with different looks to your heart’s desire. Try out new ideas and be

creative. You will soon realise what the innovative InStyler is capable of. If you

follow the styling tips contained in the next pages, you will soon achieve better

results than you could ever have possibly imagined – your own imagination knows

no bounds! The more you use your InStyler, the better you will get at creating

different looks.

SAFETY FIRST – how to use your thermal

shield

SAFETY NOTE: it is recommended that you use the inStyler together with the supplied

thermal shield, to prevent burns as you get used to using this unique, new heated

styling appliance.

HOW TO ATTACH THE THERMAL SHIELD

1. To attach the thermal shield, simply clip the shield onto the side of the unit directly

underneath the ring below the barrel.

2. Rotate it until the tabs are seated in the InStyler’s indentations and the thermal

shield is facing outwards (see illustrations 1 and 2)

3. Once it is xed in place, you can start using your InStyler.

REMOVING THE THERMAL SHIELD

1. To remove the thermal protector, take it rmly in your grip ensuring that the appli-

ance’s barrel has cooled down. Twist to loosen and then pull to remove.

2. Allow the InStyler to cool down fully before putting it away.

NOTE: Take care to keep your InStyler clean as hair product may build up on the

heated barrel and bristles. Wipe the outside of the unplugged appliance with a

lightly damp cloth. The bristles can be scrubbed gently if necessary. Ensure that the
