PASTICCIO DI MACCHERONI
(per 4 persone)
Ingredienti
125g Porro tagliato e tritato nemente
150g Maccheroni
2 Cipolle rosse, tagliate nemente
1 Peperone rosso, tagliato nemente
1 Cucchiaio di olio di oliva
150ml Yogurt
150g Crema di formaggio
400g Pomodoro a pezzettini
Sale e pepe
65g di parmigiano grattugiato
Preparazione
1)Preriscaldare il forno alogeno a 180°C. 2)Soffriggere il porro e metterlo da parte. 3)
Cuocere i maccheroni in acqua salata per 10-12 minuti. 4)Scolare. 5)Unire i peperoni
alle cipolle e mescolare. 6)Mischiare insieme in un recipiente lo yogurt, la crema di
formaggio, il pomodoro e condire con sale e pepe. Unire tutti gli ingredienti e mescolare
7)Mettere il composto in un recipiente adatto alla cottura in forno* e cospargere con
il parmigiano. Infornare per 20-30 minuti no a quando la parte superiore non risulti
dorata.

450g di pasta frolla per crostate
Ripieno:
500g di mele, pelate e tagliate a pezzi di media grandezza
1 pizzico di chiodi di garofano
5 cucchiaini da the di cannella in polvere
1 pizzico di noce moscata
50g di uvetta
70g di zucchero semolato
Guarnizione:
1 uovo sbattuto di taglia media
20g di zucchero semolato
Preparazione
1) Preriscaldare il forno alogeno a 200°C.
