Preparazione
1)Pre-riscaldare il forno alogeno a convezione a 200°C. 2)Lavare ed asciugare bene il
merluzzo, quindi appoggiarlo su della carta da forno. 3)Tagliare il pomodoro in fette
sottili. Tagliare il porro a rondelle sottili. Stendere il pomodoro ed il porro sul merluzzo.
4)Spolverare il merluzzo guarnito con il condimento preferito, quindi spolverare con il
formaggio grattugiato. 5)Infornare per 10-15 minuti.
CLASSICO DOLCE ALLA FRUTTA INGLESE
(per 10 persone)
Ingredienti
170g Burro
170g Zucchero semolato
4 Uova di taglia media
100ml Succo di mela
170g Uva sultanina
170g Uvetta
170g Ribes
250g Farina
55g Mandorle intere
2 x 15ml (cucchiaio) Melassa
1 x 5ml (cucchiaino) Cannella
½ x 5ml Noce moscata grattugiata
½ x 5ml essenza di vaniglia
1 x 15ml Bicarbonato di soda
55g Fiocchi di mandorla tostata
255g Misto di frutta secca a pezzi
30g Ciliege sciroppate spellate
2-3 x 15ml Sherry
Preparazione
1)Preriscaldare il forno alogeno a 140°C. 2)Ammorbidire il burro ed unirlo allo zucchero
no a che non diventa un composto sofce. 3)Sbattere le uova, ed unirle al burro,
quindi sbattere ancora afnché il composto diventi omogeneo. 4)Aggiungere la
melassa. 5)Unire la farina al composto mescolando ed aggiungere la frutta continuando
a mescolare. Versare lo Sherry ed il succo di mela per ammorbidire il tutto. 6)Versare
il composto in una teglia circolare profonda 25cm, con diametro della misura del
forno. Informare per 45min-1ora. Controllare se il dolce è cotto con uno stuzzicadenti.
Inserendolo al centro del dolce ne uscirà del vapore. 7) Lasciare riposare per circa
15 minuti prima di toglierlo dalla teglia. Quindi appoggiarlo su di una griglia per
raffreddarlo.
