SYMPTOM CAUSE CORRECTIONS
Water leaks out of
outer side of lter.
There is some coee powder on
lter edge which causes the leak. Get rid of them.
The portalter is not installed
properly or rotated to the right
position.
Install the portalter properly and
ensure it is in the “lock” position.
Milk foaming is nished just now or
the steam is generated just now, or
the steam button is not reset due
to too high temperature.
Operating after cooling down.
Acid (vinegar) taste
exists in Espresso
coee.
No clean correctly after cleaning
mineral deposits.
Clean coee maker per the content
in “before the rst use” for several
times.
Coee powder is stored in a hot,
wet place for a long time.
The coee powder turns bad.
Please use fresh coee powder,
or store unused coee powder in
a cool, dry place. After opening a
package of coee powder, reseal it
tightly and store it in a refrigerator
to maintain its freshness.
Coee maker does
not work anymore. Plug is not plugged in corretly.

Steam does not
froth.
The steam button indicator has not
turned into solid green yet.

indicator to turn solid green, then

There is some dirt inside the steam
nozzle.
Clean the steam nozzle immediately
