Aanwijzingen voor de afstelling van de
stuurbekrachtigingskabels
Stuurbekrachtigingskabels kunnen afgesteld worden om de prestatie van het
stuursysteem te verbeteren. De kabel heeft een in-line afstelmechanisme
(A) waaraan gedraaid kan worden om de extensie van de kabel korter of
langer te maken.
1. Zet de sneeuwblazer voor de augerbehuizing.
2. Verwijder de wielen of rupsbanden van de assen. Om de rupsbanden
te verwijderen moet de kruisbalk, die de beide rupsbandenframes
verbindt, verwijderd worden. Verwijder de bouten aan beide kanten
van de kruisbalk.
3. Verwijder het kunststof deksel (B) van de stuurbekrachtiging.
LET OP: de plaats van de besturingstuimelaar (C) is kritiek voor de werking
van het besturingssysteem. Als deze te hoog geplaatst is, zal het besturings-
systeem tijdens het rijden automatisch uitgeschakeld worden, waardoor de
operator de indruk krijgt dat de wielen slippen. Als de tuimelaar (C) te laag
geplaatst is, kan het erg moeilijk zijn de besturingskoppeling tijdens het
rijden uit te schakelen, of kan deze ook vanzelf uitgeschakeld worden. De
correcte instelling van de tuimelaar (C) zal tot optimale prestaties leiden.
LET OP: Tuimelaar (C) te hoog geplaatst (1), waardoor koppeling (D)
tijdens het rijden wordt uitgeschakeld en de indruk van slippende wielen
gegeven wordt.
LET OP: Tuimelaar (C) te laag geplaatst (2), waardoor het moeilijk wordt uit
te schakelen of tijdens het rijden vanzelf wordt uitgeschakeld.
LET OP: Tuimelaar (C) correct geplaatst (3). De onderkant van de tuime-
laar (C) is horizontaal, in een stand die parallel is aan de bovenkant van de
besturingskoppeling (D). De bovenste rand van het besturingsjuk (E) is in
lijn met het midden van het platte verticale oppervlak van de tuimelaar (C).
De tuimelaar (C) in de correcte stand zoals weergegeven gezien vanaf het
uiteinde (4).
4. Stel de stand van de besturingstuimelaar (C) af door aan het afstel-
mechanisme (A) te draaien om de tuimelaar (C) naar boven of naar
beneden te brengen. Wanneer de tuimelaar (C) correct geplaatst is,
het kunststof deksel van de stuurbekrachtiging (B) en het wiel of de
rupsband weer op zijn plaats zetten.
5. Herhaal de procedure aan de andere kant.

È possibile regolare i cavi del servosterzo per migliorare le prestazioni
dell'impianto sterzante. Ruotando il tendicavo (A) è possibile accorciare o
allungare la lunghezza del cavo.
1. Posizionare lo spazzaneve con l'alloggiamento della coclea nella parte
anteriore.
2. Togliere le ruote o i cingoli dagli assi. Per estrarre i cingoli è necessa-
rio togliere la barra che collega i due telai. Togliere le viti su ciascuna
estremità della barra.
3. Togliere la copertura in plastica dello sterzo (B).
NOTA: La posizione della puleggia dello sterzo (C) è fondamentale per
il funzionamento dell'impianto sterzante. Se è posizionata troppo in alto,
l'impianto sterzante si disinnesta automaticamente durante l'utilizzo, dando
all'operatore l'impressione di slittamento. Se la puleggia (C) è posizionata
troppo in basso può essere difficile disinnestare la frizione durante l'utilizzo
dell'apparecchio, oppure si può disinnestare da sola. La corretta impostazione
della puleggia (C) determina prestazioni ottimali.
NOTA: La puleggia dello sterzo (C) posizionata troppo in alto (1), causa il
disinnesto della frizione (D) durante il funzionamento e determina la sen-
sazione di slittamento.
NOTA: La puleggia dello sterzo (C) posizionata troppo in basso (2), causa
difficoltà nel disinnesto della frizione oppure il disinnesto automatico durante
l'utilizzo dell'apparecchio.
NOTA: Puleggia dello sterzo (C) posizionata correttamente (3). La parte
inferiore della puleggia (C) è orizzontale, in posizione parallela alla parte
superiore della frizione dello sterzo (D). Il bordo superiore della forcella dello
sterzo (E) è allineato con la parte mediana della superficie verticale piatta
della puleggia (C). Puleggia dello sterzo (C) in posizione corretta, come
illustrato dalla vista posteriore (4).
4. Modificare la posizione della puleggia dello sterzo (C) regolando il
tendicavo (A) per alzarla o abbassarla (C). Quando la puleggia (C) è
impostata correttamente, riposizionare la copertura in plastica dello
sterzo (B) e la ruota o il cingolo.
5. Ripetere la procedura per l'altro lato.
