LATISSIMUS
1. Neem plaats op het toestel. Strek uw armen omhoog en
grijp de latissimus-stang vast met een brede greep.
2. Trek de latissimus-stang vóór uw borst in neerwaartse
richting naar toe.
3. Keer langzaam terug naar de uitgangspositie.
BORSTPERS
1. Stel de zithoogte zodanig in dat de bovenste of de onderste
grepen zich ter hoogte van uw borst bevinden.
2. Stel de armen van de pers zodanig met het
instelmechanisme in dat zij zich voor uw borstpers in een
comfortabele positie bevinden voor de voorwaartse en
achterwaartse beweging.
3. Houd uw armen zo parallel mogelijk met de vloer. Pers dan
in voorwaartse richting en laat de pers langzaam terugkomen.
