Using the microwave oven

NOTICE

Risk of damage!

Improper handling of the microwave

oven may lead to damage.

• Never remove the board (cover)

from the microwave! This is de-

signed to protect the magnetron,

which is the microwave emitter.

• Never operate the microwave

without the glass rotary plate or

without food! Do not use the

glass rotary plate upside-down.

• Only heat plastic containers from

the freezer for as long as is need-

ed until the food can be decanted

into another container.

• Metal in the cooking chamber pro-

duces sparks in microwave and

multi-function mode! This could

destroy the microwave and the

viewing window! Never use met-

al saucepans, pans and covers or

dishware with metallic parts such

as gold edging. Do not use the

rotisserie rack supplied with the

appliance in microwave and mul-

ti-function mode.

• Do not use any aluminium foil, due

to the fact that this can also cause

sparks when coming into contact

with the cooking chamber walls.

Using the “quick cook” function you can begin

cooking immediately with no need to make ad-

ditional adjustments. With the quick cook func-

tion, food is cooked for 30 seconds at maximum

power.

• Press the function controller 10.

The following will appear on the display 0:30.

After a few seconds, the cooking process will

begin.

Once the cooking time has elapsed, 4 signal

tones will sound.

• To increase the cooking time, press the func-

tion controller prior to the beginning of the

cooking time or during the cooking time10.

Each time you press the button, the cooking

time is extended by 30 seconds. The max-

imum cooking time that can be set is 10:00

minutes.

Select power level and

function

Your microwave oven can simply be used as a

microwave with various power settings, in Grill

mode or in the combination of Grill/Microwave.

The performance levels and functions can be

selected using the control knob 9.

*) With the p-00 setting, no microwaves are

produced; only the ventilators are running. You

can use this setting in order to ventilate the

cooking chamber when the cooking chamber

door is closed.

• Select the desired performance level: Turn

the control knob 9 in an anti-clockwise direc-

tion until the desired performance level ap-

pears on the display.
