DOWN-toetsen kunt het weerstandsniveau voor de
eerste balk aanpassen. Als u hiermee klaar bent, druk dan op
MODE om te bevestigen. De volgende balk zal nu knipperen.

heartrate
is over the set value,
the computer
starts
beeping. It is not a
heartratwe controlled
exercise!

kunt u de gewenst maximale hartslag instellen. Als uw hartslag
deze maximale hartlag overschrijdt, zal de omputer een piep
afgeven. Dit is niet hetzelfde als een hartslag training!
Druk op START en begin uw training.
U kunt op elk gewenst moment tijdens de training uw weerstand
aanpassen met de UP/DOWN toetsen.

by himself, so you

not overtrain you.

Om een target hartslag in te stellen kunt u kiezen tussen 55%
(regeneratie), 75% (cadiovasculaire training) en 90% (anaerode
duurtraining). Druk op MODE als u het gewenste percentage
heeft geselecteerd. THR zal later in deze handleiding uitgelegd
worden. De computer zal uw maximale hartslag automatisch
berekenen.
