The computer has twelve different
programs
that have
been
designed for a variety of workouts.
Selecteer
"PROGRAM" met de
UP/
DOWN-toetsen en druk op
MODE op om de keuze te bevestigen.
Select
PROGRAM
by using the
UP/
DOWN- keys and
press
MODE
to confirm the selection.
Programming
preset programs
Vooraf ingestelde programma's
Choose one of tweleve
programs
by pressing the
UP/
DOWN
keys, the program figure and the profile
will
be shown in
the display.
If
you find the desired rogram press MODE for
confirmation.

may adjust the calories value

DOWN.

"CALORIES".

overslaan. Toets START en begin uw training.

Next is PULSE. You may adjust the the max
heartrate
for
your exercise.
If
your actual
heartrate
is over the set value,
the computer
starts
beeping. It is not a
heartratwe controlled
exercise!
Nu knippert
"PULSE".
Met de UP/DOWN-toetsen
kunt u de gewenst maximale hartslag instellen. Als uw hartslag
deze maximale hartlag overschrijdt, zal de omputer een piep
afgeven. Dit is niet hetzelfde als een hartslag training!
Druk op START en begin uw training
