200 ml de nata fresca, 150 g chocolate de cobertura semi-amargo, 3 huevos, 50-60g
de azúcar, 1 pizca de sal, 1 paquete de vainilla, 1 cucharada de coñac o ron, copos de
chocolate.
Preparación:
Batir la crema en el recipiente de mezcla con el batidor hasta que esté firme. Retirar
del recipiente y colocar en algún lugar que se enfríe. Fundir el recubrimiento de
chocolate de acuerdo con las instrucciones en el paquete o en el microondas a 600 W
durante 3 minutos. Mientras tanto, batir los huevos, el azúcar, la vainilla, coñac o ron y
la sal en el recipiente de mezcla con el batidor en el nivel 3 para formar una espuma.
Añadir el chocolate derretido y mezclar de forma pareja en el nivel 5-6. Dejar un poco
de la crema para la decoración. Añadir el resto de la crema a la mezcla cremosa y
agitar por un momento con la función "pulse". Decorar con la crema de chocolate y
servir bien frío.

1. Retire la tapa (2a) del control de la hélice y extraiga el tornillo (16).
2. Coloque la carcasa del espiral (10) con el tubo de llenado hacia arriba en la unidad
de espiral y gire el tornillo (16) en sentido horario hasta que se cierre.
3. Coloque la bandeja de llenado en el tubo de llenado de tal manera que el
receptáculo de la bandeja se coloque debajo del brazo.
4. Empuje la espiral en la sección horizontal de la carcasa en espiral hasta que el eje
se bloquee en su lugar. Por favor, consulte las secciones sobre "Funcionamiento de la
picadora" y " Funcionamiento del accesorio para salchichas".
