Caution: Hold the piece firmly, never cut a
piece that is held loosely.
The dovetail cut having been completed, the
guard has to be fitted back in the place.
If the machine is in use in confined rooms, it has
to be connected to a suitable dust extracting
facility or a dust collecting bag must be attached
to the chips outlet neck (Fig. 17), the bag is
included in the delivery.
Operator Safety Instructions
All the safety and protection facilities have to
be installed in place before switching the
machine on.
Never cut pieces of wood so small that they
cannot be held safely. .
The blade should turn freely.
Cutting wood treated or worked in any way
beforehand, be particularly careful of nails,
screws etc. Remove all of those before
getting down to work.
Before switching the main switch on, make
sure that the blade is fitted correctly and the
movable components of the machine are
unconstrained.
Warning! If in doubt, have the advice of a
specialist at the authorised servicing centre.
Do not use the machine until you have read
the instruction manual carefully.
Observe any safety instructions included the
manual.
Be responsible to the others.
Step-by Step Instructions
Bench Circular Saw
1. Set up the stops according to the cutting
required.
2. Switch the unit on.
3. Slide the piece to be worked slowly and
evenly to the blade using the sliding device
so that the first full cut can be done.
4. Switch the saw off and wait for the blade to
come to standstill.
5. Take the piece out.
Trimming and Mitre Saw
1. Set up the machine according to the cut to be
done.
2. Se the piece to be worked in the clamp (see
also Fig. 29)
3. Switch the machine on
4. Push the unit downwards slowly and carefully
and do the cut.
5. Switch the saw off and wait for the blade to
come to standstill.
6. Remove the piece

Troubleshooting
CAUTION: ALWAYS CHECK THE THERMAL
PROTECTION FIRST!
Motor will not run
1. No supply to the machine.
Check the supply and supply line, consult a
professional electrician.
2. Thermal sensor has interrupted the supply.
Wait for 5-10 min. and switch on again.
Motor will shut off in the course of work.
1. Motor thermal sensor defective
Have the exchange done by a professional
electrician.
2. Motor circuit breaker switches off for
overloading.
Wait for the motor cool down restart after 5-
10 min.
Overloading
1. The input line too long or its diameter is too
small
The dimension of the extension cable must
be 1,5 mm

2. Blade not sharp as required.
Sharpen the blade.
3. The blade teeth are not bevelled correctly.
Have the teeth bevelled by a professional.
Burnt marks on the piece being worked
1. Blade blunt.
Sharpen/Replace the blade.
Inspections and Maintenance
Unplug the unit before any work on it.
Use a wet cloth to clean the plastic parts. Do
not use detergents, solvents or pointed tools.
Wipe any dirt from the table surface, use a
treatment spray.
If the motor braking time is above 10 s, the
brake wearable parts should be exchanged
by the manufacturer or an authorised shop.
Prior to every use, remove the dust from the
vents and movable parts. Use a soft brush.
Oil all the movable metal parts regularly.
Saw Blade Replacement
(Fig. 29+30)
Caution! Switch the unit off and unplug before
any maintenance, adjustment of the blade
replacement.
Press the lever (Fig. 29) down and keep it
pressed for the blade to get locked. .
To loosen the blade screw, use the socket or
open-ended spanner Unscrew it clockwise.
