Préparation :
1. Mettre la farine et la chapelure dans deux bols séparés.
2. Séparer le jaune d’œuf du blanc d’œuf et placer le blanc d’œuf dans un autre bol.
3. Émincer les lets de poulet de manière homogène.
4. Assaisonner les lets de poulet émincés avec du sel et du poivre.
5. Rouler les lets de poulet émincés dans la farine, puis les tremper dans le blanc
d’œuf et les rouler dans la chapelure.
Filet de cabillaud en croûte d’ail et d’herbes
Ingrédients :
env. 100 g de let de cabillaud
1 à 2 blancs d’œufs
1 gousse d’ail
env. 1 c à s de basilic haché
env. 1 c à c de paprika en poudre
sel de mer, poivre
env. ½ tasse de chapelure
Préparation :
1. Peler lail et le presser avec un presse-ail.
2. Mélanger l’ail, le reste des épices et la chapelure dans un bol.
3. Séparer le jaune d’œuf du blanc d’œuf et placer le blanc d’œuf dans un autre bol.
4. Tremper le let de cabillaud dans le blanc d’œuf et le rouler dans la panure aux
herbes et à lail.
Bâtonnets de courgettes
Ingrédients :
1 courgette
2 œufs
½ tasse de farine pour paner
½ tasse de chapelure
Préparation :
1. Couper les courgettes en petits bâtonnets.
2. Fouetter les œufs.
3. Mettre la farine et la chapelure dans des bols séparés.
4. Rouler dabord les courgettes dans la farine, puis les tremper dans l’œuf et les rouler
dans la chapelure.
