Oplossen van problemen
Als het apparaat niet goed werkt, dient u te eerst controleren of u een probleem zelf kunt
oplossen. Als het probleem niet met de genoemde stappen kan worden opgelost, neemt
u met de klantenservice contact op.
Probeer niet zelf een defect elektrisch apparaat te repareren!

Het apparaat werkt
niet. / Er verschijnt
geen bericht op het
touchscreen (10).
Het netsnoer zit niet goed in
het stopcontact.
Controleer of het netsnoer er
goed in zit.
Het stopcontact is defect.
Probeer een ander
stopcontact.
Er is geen netspanning.
Controleer de zekering van
de netaansluiting.
De
-knop (8) werd niet
gebruikt.
Zet via de
-knop het
apparaat aan (zie hoofdstuk
‘Bediening’ – ‘Bedieningsele-
menten en functies’).
Het touchscreen is defect.
Neem contact op met de
klantendienst.
De zekering in de
zekeringkast werd
geactiveerd.
Te veel apparaten op dezelf-
de stroomkring aangesloten.
Aantal apparaten in de
stroomkring verminderen.
De lade (4) met de
frituurmand (3) past
niet meer in het
apparaat.
De frituurmand is te vol.
Vul het mandje voor maxi-
maal 2/3 met levensmidde-
len.
De levensmiddelen
zijn niet gelijkmatig
gebakken of zijn niet
volledig gebakken.
De levensmiddelen werden
niet in stukken van gelijke
grootte gesneden.
Zorg ervoor dat alle klein
gesneden levensmiddelen
dezelfde grootte hebben.
De frituurmand is te vol.
Vul het mandje voor maxi-
maal 2/3 met levensmidde-
len.
De levensmiddelen hebben
op elkaar gelegen.
Voor sommige voedingsmid-
delen wordt aanbevolen dat
het voedsel van tijd tot tijd
wordt gemengd (zie hoofdstuk
‘Tips’).
De gekozen temperatuur is
te laag.
Verhoog de temperatuur.
De bereidingstijd is te kort. Verleng de bereidingstijd.
