Courgette sticks

Ingredients:

1 courgette

2 eggs

½ cup ﬂ our for breading

½ cup panko or white breadcrumbs for breading

Preparation:

1. Cut the courgette into small sticks.

2. Whisk the eggs.

3. Add the ﬂ our and the panko (or white breadcrumbs) to separate small bowls.

4. Roll the courgette sticks in the ﬂ our ﬁ rst, then dunk them into the egg and then roll

in the breading.

Apple turnovers

Ingredients:

1-2 apples

1 roll refrigerated puff pastry

50 g brown sugar

2 TBSP ﬂ our

1-2 TBSP lemon juice

to taste cinnamon

Preparation:

1. Peel apples, remove cores and cut into small pieces.

2. Mix apple pieces, ﬂ our, sugar and lemon juice and add cinnamon according to taste.

3. Roll out puff pastry and divide into squares of dough, with edges approx. 10 cm long.

4. Spread a tablespoon of the ﬁ lling onto each square of dough.

5. Brush the edge of the dough with a bit of water and fold together into triangles. Press

the edge of the dough in tightly.

1. Pull the drawer (4) with the basket insert (3) out of the device.

2. Move the cover on the basket insert handle (6) forward, press the release button (7)

and pull the basket insert upward and out of the drawer by the handle.

3. If not already done, empty the basket insert and the drawer.
