Jabolčni sok zelo hitro porjavi. Ta proces lahko
upočasnite tako, da soku dodate nekaj kapljic
limoninega soka.
Sadje, ki vsebuje škrob, npr. banane, papaje,
avokado, fige in mango, ni primerno za
obdelavo v sokovniku. Za obdelavo teh vrst
sadja uporabite kuhinjski strojček (sekljalnik,
multipraktik, nastavni mešalnik, mešalnik ali
palični mešalnik).
V sokovniku lahko obdelate tudi peclje in liste,
od npr. zelene solate.
Čiščenje - nasveti in opozorila
Ohišje rezilne enote očistite tako, da v njej
zmeljete nekaj kosov kruha.
Aparat pred odstranitvijo nastavka ali
čiščenjem motorne enote vedno izključite iz
električnega omrežja.
Odstranite potiskalo in pladenj.
Odvijte navojni obroč in odstranite ploščo za
mletje, rezilno enoto in spiralasto gred.
S pritiskom na gumb za ločitev rezilne
enote in zasukom rezilne enote v desno
odstranite ohišje rezilne enote.
Rezilno enoto in plošče za mletje namažite z
mastjo ali oljem, da ne bodo rjavele.
Kovinskih delov ne pomivajte v pomivalnem
stroju, saj bodo deli zaradi čistil potemneli
ali oksidirali.
