Bedienung des Fleischwolfes
• Die Schneidränder des Schneidwerks sollen
nach außen zeigen.
• Die Aussparung an der Lochscheibe muss
auf der Nase des Gehäuses des
Schneidwerks aufsitzen.
• Bearbeiten Sie mit dem Gerät niemals
gefrorenes Fleisch!
• Das Gehäuse des Schneidwerks nicht mit
übermäßigen Mengen Fleisch beladen.
• Schneiden Sie das Fleisch in 10 cm lange
und 2 cm dicke Streifen.
• Entfernen Sie Knochen, Knorpel und
Sehnen.
• Legen Sie das vorbereitete Fleisch auf den
Trichter.
• Drücken Sie zum Einschalten des Geräts
den Ein-/Aus-Schalter nach vorne.
• Drücken Sie mit dem Stopfer behutsam die
Fleischstücke in das Gehäuse des
Schneidwerks.
• Benutzen Sie zum Faschieren des Fleisches
für Tatar die mittelgrobe Lochscheibe.
Zubereitung von Würsten
Zuerst das Fleisch faschieren.
• Die Aussparung am Separator muss auf der
Nase des Gehäuses des Schneidwerks
aufsitzen.
• Weichen Sie die Wursthülle 10 Minuten
lang in lauwarmem Wasser ein und stülpen
Sie sie auf den Wurstvorsatz. Die Luftrinnen
am Wurstvorsatz nicht bedecken.
• Legen Sie das faschierte Fleisch auf den
Trichter.
• Drücken Sie zum Starten des Geräts die
Ein-/Aus-Taste.
• Drücken Sie mit dem Stopfer behutsam
das faschierte Fleisch in das Gehäuse
des Schneidwerks.
• Falls die Wursthülle am Wurstaufsatz
klebt, befeuchten Sie sie mit etwas
Wasser.

Verarbeitung von Tomaten
1. Schraubenwelle mit Kunststoffteil nach vorne in
das Gehäuse des Schneidwerks einsetzen.
Konus in das Gehäuse des Schneidwerks
einsetzen. Die Form in das Gehäuse des
Schneidwerks einsetzen und den
Schraubenring auf das Gehäuse
festschrauben.
2. Befestigen Sie das Gehäuse des
Schneidwerks an die Antriebseinheit.
