Priprava klobas - napotki in
opozorila
Najprej vedno zmeljite meso.
Ena izmed zarez ločevalnika se mora prilegati
izboklini ohja rezilne enote.
Ovoj za klobase 10 minut namakajte v
mlačni vodi in ga nato mokrega navlecite na
cev za klobase. Ne prekrivajte žlebičev za
izpust zraka na cevi.
Zmleto meso položite na pladenj.
Za vklop aparata pritisnite gumb za
vklop/izklop.
S potiskalom zmleto meso nežno
potisnite v ohišje rezilne enote.
Če se ovoj zatakne na cev, ga zmočite z
nekaj vode.

Priprava sokov (cililndrično
stiskanje)
1. Vijačno gred s plastičnim delom naprej vstavite
v ohišje sokovnika. Konus vstavite v ohje
sokovnika. Model vstavite v ohišje aparata in
na ohje privijte vijačni obroček.
2. Ohje sokovnika pritrdite na enoto z
motorjem.
3. Pladenj postavite na pokončni del ohišja
sokovnika.
4. Sedaj je naprava nared za pripravo sokov in
ke.
Nasveti:
Uporabljajte sveže sadje in zelenjavo, ker
vsebujeta več soka. Še posebej primerni za
obdelavo v sokovniku so ananas, pesa, stebla
zelene, jabolka, kumare, korenje, špinača,
melone, paradižniki, granatna jabolka,
pomaranče in grozdje.
Tankih lupin ni treba odstranjevati. Odstraniti
morate samo debelejše lupine, na primer s
pomaranč, ananasa in surove pese. Prav tako
odstranite belo kožico citrusov, ker je grenkega
okusa.
Pri pripravi jabolčnega soka morate vedeti, da
je gostota jabolčnega soka odvisna od vrste
izbranih jabolk. Bolj kot je jabolko sočno,
redkejši bo sok. Izberite takšna jabolka, iz
katerih lahko pridobite sok po vašem okusu.
