5.7 Check the Phonebook Usage
You can check how many phonebook entries have been occupied in your phone and how
many phonebook entries are available for you to store in the phonebook.
Using a handset:
1. Repeat the steps 1 to 2 in section 5.1 or press directly ▼.
2. Press LEFT SOFTKEY and to select STATUS.
3. Press LEFT SOFTKEY , the display shows “XX/50” (XX refer to the number of
phonebook entries).
4. Press RIGHT SOFTKEY or to EXIT.
5.8 Set the Speed Dial Numbers
After setting the speed dial numbers, you can dial to the pre-set numbers by pressing
and holding the respective digit keys from idle mode.
5.8.1 Add or Edit the Speed Dial Number
Using a handset:
1. Press LEFT SOFTKEY and : / to select PHONEBOOK.
2. Press LEFT SOFTKEY and / to select SPEED DIAL.
3. Press LEFT SOFTKEY and / to select from KEY 1 to KEY 9.
4. Press LEFT SOFTKEY and select ADD.
5. Press LEFT SOFTKEY and enter the NUMBER.
6. Press LEFT SOFTKEY and enter the NAME.
7. Press LEFT SOFTKEY to save
Or if there is already a number stored in the selected key:
4. Press LEFT SOFTKEY and : / to select EDIT.
5. Press LEFT SOFTKEY and modify the NUMBER with the RIGHT SOFTKEY
6. Press LEFT SOFTKEY and modify the NAME with the RIGHT SOFTKEY .
7. Press LEFT SOFTKEY to confirm.
5.8.2 Delete one or all Speed Dial Number
Using a handset:
1. Repeat the steps 1 to 3 in section 5.8.1.
2. Press LEFT SOFTKEY and / to select DELETE or DELETE ALL.
3. Press LEFT SOFTKEY to valid.
4. Press LEFT SOFTKEY to confirm
