2.7 Refit in reverse order.
2.8 Ensure that the rope seal on the back of the glass frame is
intact. Replace the glass frame and tighten the 6 screws
evenly, see Diagram 2. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.
2.9 Offer the decorative steel trim to the opening, inserting the 2
tags on the bottom of the trim behind the bottom panel. Lift
the top of the trim up and hook the lugs on the back of the
trim over the top of the glass frame, see Diagram 7.

NEVER OPERATE THE APPLIANCE WHEN THE GLASS
FRAME IS REMOVED, OR THE GLASS IS BROKEN.
2.10 Replace ALL of the securing screws ensuring that a screw is
present in all fixing slots.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD THE
APPLIANCE BE USED IF ANY OF THE FRAME
RETAINING SCREWS ARE LOOSE OR MISSING.
3. Main Burner
3.1 Turn the gas supply off at the isolation device. Ensure the
unit is cool.
Use cover material to front of appliance to protect paintwork.
3.2 Remove the door and place to one side, see Section 2,
carefully remove the ceramic fuel bed components.
3.3 Remove the front cover plate by removing the 2 screws.
3.4 Remove the cover plater fixing bracket by removing the 2
wing nuts. (Small appliances only)
3.5 Unscrew pilot union nut on gas valve, see Diagram 8.

3.6 Disconnect thermocouple from gas valve, see Diagram 9.
Remove ignition lead from electrode.
Cut cable tie to ignition lead if required.

3.7 Loosen main injector nut on airbox and disconnect from
injector, see Diagram 10, A.

3.8 Remove the 2 screws attaching burner to back of unit, see
Diagrams 11.
3.9 Carefully withdraw burner unit upwards and tilt to remove
the burner through door opening.
3.10 Remove the 2 screws holding the heat shield in place.

3.11 Replace in reverse order checking all joints for leaks.
