2. MAIN BURNER
2.1 Remove the 3 x screws holding the burner in place. Lift the
left-hand side up and out so the burner comes away from
the injector.
Do not damage the pilot burner (see Diagram 2).

2.2 To replace the burner lower the right-hand side over the
injector.
2.3 Lower the left side down.
2.4 Insert the three fixing screws and tighten.
NOTE: Before replacing the burner, make sure the
silicone seal around the injector is intact.
3. PILOT UNIT
The pilot assembly consists of five components which can
be individually changed:
1) Pilot burner bracket
2) Pilot injector
3) Electrode
4) Thermocouple
5) Gasket
3.1 Turn the gas supply off at the isolation device, remove the
door and place to one side and carefully remove the
ceramic fuel bed components.
1. GENERAL
1.1 All main components can be replaced with the stove in
place but it is essential to turn off the gas supply at the
isolation device before proceeding.
For information on the handling and disposal of fire
ceramics please refer to User Instructions, Section 5,
Cleaning the Stove.
1.3 To replace the parts of the F40 Avanti you need to remove
the firebox from the outer casing. The flue system will
then need to be removed and supported. Replace seals
when the flue is replaced.
1.4 Remove the door as described in Installation, Section 3.
1.5 Remove the glass door, undoing the 8 x pozi drive screws.
1.6 Remove the ceramic components carefully and place to
one side.
You need to remove the entire firebox assembly from the
carcass of the stove to access the holes for bolting the
stove in place.
1.7 To remove the firebox remove the 4 x black screws in the
firebox and lift the firebox clear (see Diagram 1).
