De fleste brødbakemaskinen er ikke beregnet

brukes til baking av rugbrød. Hvis du bruker en
brødblanding for eksempel fra et supermarked,
kan du bruke inntil 500 gram av brødblandin-
gen (vanligvis halve pakken). Hvis du lager din
egen rugbrødblanding, kan du bruke inntil 500
g ingredienser og inntil 500 ml væske.
Du må kanskje justere oppskriften og ingre-
diensmengdene, for ulike typer blandinger gir
store forskjeller både under heving og steking.
