medical application

To ensure the safe operation of your Tablet PC, be sure to observe the operating manual
for your device, the information in the "Safety" manual and the following additional
guidelines and safety precautions.
If in doubt, the guidelines and safety precautions in these operating instructions are

Guidelines for electromagnetic compatibility
The shipped version of this device complies with the requirements of the following EC Directives:
2004/108/EC "Electromagnetic Compatibility" and 2006/95/EC "Low Voltage Directive".
In addition, in accordance with EN 60601-1-2:2007, the device is suitable for use in an environment
with a medical application. The requirements according to EN 60601-1 and EN 60601-1-1 must be
observed for use in a patient environment. Please note the comments in the following tables.

and/or as part of a life-support system than for use outside the immediate patient
environment.
