Nu kunt u de pauzetijd met de pijltoetsen instellen tussen de 10
seconden en 9.50 minuut. Bevestig met MODE

eerste balk knippert. Met de pijltoetsen kunt u de weerstand
aanpassen in het LEVEL scherm.Bevestig met MODE. Werk alle
balkjes op dezelfde wijze af.
Om een eerder ingesteld profiel te bevestigen hoeft u alleen 2
seconden op MODE te drukken. TIME zal nu knipperen.

blinking. Change the resistance

shown in

with the arrowkeys and confirm each bar with
MODE.
Do it for all

confirm an already set profile or to save the already set profile,

MODE
for two seconds,
TIME
is blinking.

HRC-MODUS
U kunt kiezen tussen 4 hartslag programma's: 55% , 75%, 90% of

Vul uw persoonlijke gegevens correct in zodat de computer de
juiste maximale hartslag kan berekenen.

different max. exercise heart rates
(55%,

can calculate the correct exercise heart
