Selecteer met de PIJL-toetsen de MANUAL modus. MANUAL
knippert nu op het display. Druk op MODE om de MANUAL
modus te bevestigen

is blinking in the display.

pressing the
MODE-
button
it

be confirmed.
Druk op MODE,
hierna zal TIME gaan knipperen.
Press
MODE
and the time value starts blinking.
Met de PIJL-toetsen kunt u de trainingstijd instellen. Als u deze
stap wilt overslaan, kies dan waarde 0 en de tijd zal optellen vanaf
0.

piep en zal de hartslag waarde op het display knipperen.

are above the
limit,
you
will
hear a sound and the
heartrate values

blink.
Let op: er kan slechts 1 waarde ingesteld worden voor de tijd,
afstand en calorieverbruik. Als een waarde is ingesteld en u
wilt een nieuwe waarde instellen, zal de oude gereset worden.
