Selecteer met de pijltoetsen de RACE-Modus, RACE zal gaan
knipperen. Druk op MODE op uw keuze te bevestigen

you have selected the
RACE-Mode
mode with the arrow keys,
RACE
is blinking in the display.
By
pressing the
MODE-
button it
will
be confirmed.
Hierna knippert
INDIVIDUAL.
Met de pijltoetsen kunt u uw
individuele track instellen onder de noemer INDIVIDUAL. Als u
een andere track wilt instellen, gebruik dan de pijltoetsen. Om te
bevestigen toets MODE.

INDIVIDUAL
is blinking. You are able to set your individual
distance only under the category of
INDIVIDUAL,
if you want
to
get an other distance, use the arrow keys. To confirm a track,
press the MODE-button.
De tijdwaarde begint te knipperen.
Time value starts blinking.
Met de pijltoetsen kunt u de trainingstijd instellen voor de gekozen
afstand. Hoe korter de tijd voor een specifieke track, hoe sneller u
moet roeien.

faster you need to
go.

Met de pijltoetsen kunt u de afstand instellen. Als u deze stap wilt
overslaan, kies dan waarde 0 en de tijd zal optellen vanaf 0.

Druk op MODE en de waarde voor de weerstand (LEVEL)
begint te knipperen.
Press

and the resistance level starts blinking.

weerstandniveau kiezen (Level 1-16). De weerstand kan op ieder
moment tijdens de training aangepast worden.

In deze modus kunt u een interval training doen, met piek- en
herstelbelasting. U kunt kiezen tussen de tijd of de afstand van
het interval.

Selecteer met de pijltoetsen de

with MODE.
Maak een keuze tussen INTERVALL TIME
en INTERVALL DISTANCE en bevestig uw keuze met MODE.
Choose now
between
INTERVAL TIME
and
INTERVALL
DISTANCE
by pressing the arrow keys and confirm you choice with MODE.
INTERVALL TIME:
Stel met de pijltoetsen uw trainingstijd in tussen 20sec.-
99.50min. Bevestig met MODE.
Nu kunt u met de pijltoetsen de pauze tijd instellen tussen 10
seconden en 9.50 minuut, bevestig met MODE.
INTERVALL TIME:
Set your load time with the arrow keys from 20s to
99.5minutes
and confirm it with
MODE.
Set the rest time with the arrowkeys
from 10s up to 9.50minutes and confirm the time setting
with
MODE.
Kies het aantal intervals tussen 1-10 met de pijltoeten en bevestig
met MODE.
Choose the number of intervalls from 1-10 and confirm it as well
by pressing MODE.
Begin met roeien en start uw training.
Start rowing and the exercise
begins.
