Bruk av laseren

Laserstrålen brukes til å angi senterplasseringen av borehullet hvis du skal bore flere hull i
arbeidsemner av samme tykkelse.
• Sett bordet (5) i horisontal stilling.
• Pass på at boret og åpningen i bordet er på linje med hverandre.
• Plasser arbeidsemnet på bordet.
• Senk boret til det berører arbeidsemnet.
• Slå på laseren (33) ved å trykke på/av-bryteren (10).
• Sjekk at laserens trådkors (34) er justert mot midten av borehullet som avmerket på
arbeidsemnet. Juster laseren manuelt, om nødvendig.
• Følg «Anvisninger for bruk» når du borer et hull.
• Slå av laseren etter bruk.
5. VEDLIKEHOLD
Sørg for at maskinen er spenningsløs når det skal utføres vedlikeholdsarbeid på de
mekaniske delene.
Maskinene er konstruert slik at de kan fungere uten problemer med et minimum av vedlikehold.
Hvis maskinen rengjøres regelmessig og behandles på riktig måte, bidrar dette til å gi
maskinen en lang levetid.
Rengøring
Rengjør maskinhuset regelmessig med en myk klut, helst etter hver bruk. Sørg for at
ventilasjonsåpningene er fri for støv og skitt. Hardnakket skitt fjernes med en myk klut som er
fuktet med såpevann. Bruk ikke løsemidler som bensin, alkohol, ammoniakk o.kl. Slike stoffer
skader kunststoffdelene.
Smøring
Skru borskiftet på den maksimale boredybden en gang hver 3dje måned og smør det forsiktig
inn med olje.
Feil
Hvis det oppstår feil som følge av for eksempel utslitte deler, skal du kontakte serviceadressen
på garantikortet. Bakerst i denne bruksanvisningen finner du en splittegning som viser deler
som kan bestilles.
Miljø
For å unngå transportskader leveres maskinen i solid emballasje. Emballasjen er i den grad
dette er mulig fremstilt av resirkulerbart materiale. Benytt derfor anledningen til å resirkulere
emballasjen.

• To switch the machine on, set the on/off switch (1) to ‘I’.
• To switch the machine off, set the on/off switch (1) to ‘0’.
Using the laser

The laser beam is used to indicate the centre location of the drill hole in case you have to drill
several holes in workpieces of the same thickness.
• Place the table (5) in a horizontal position.
• Make sure that the drill and the opening in the table are aligned.
• Place the workpiece on the table.
• Lower the drill bit until it touches the workpiece.
• Switch the laser (33) on by operating the on/off switch (10).
• Check that the laser crosshair (34) aligns with the centre of the drill hole as marked on the
workpiece. If necessary, adjust the laser by hand.
• Follow the “Instructions for use” to perform a drill hole.
• After use, switch off the laser.
5. MAINTENANCE
Make sure that the machine is not live when carrying out maintenance work on the
motor.
The machines have been designed to operate over a long period of time with a minimum of
maintenance. Continuous satisfactory operation depends upon proper machine care and
regular cleaning.
Cleaning
Keep the ventilation slots of the machine clean to prevent overheating of the engine. Regularly
clean the machine housing with a soft cloth, preferably after each use. Keep the ventilation
slots free from dust and dirt. If the dirt does not come off use a soft cloth moistened with soapy
water. Never use solvents such as petrol, alcohol, ammonia water, etc. These solvents may
damage the plastic parts.
Lubrication
Turn the drill shaft to the maximum drilling depth once per 3 months and grease it slightly with
oil.
Faults
Should a fault occur, e.g. after wear of a part, please contact the service address on the
warranty card. In the back of this manual you find an exploded view showing the parts that can
be ordered.
