2.1. Frequenzeinstellung

- Aktivieren des Empfängers durch Drücken von Taste <2182>

(ohne weitere Eingabe ist der Empfänger nun als Wach-

Empfänger auf der internationalen Notruffrequenz 2182 kHz

- Taste <FREQU> drücken

- Eingabe der Frequenz in kHz mit Zifferntasten

bei Fehleingabe mit Taste <CLEAR> Eingabe löschen

- nach richtiger Eingabe Taste <ENTER> drücken

- Feinabstimmung der Frequenz oder Eingabe der

Nachkommastellen mit den Tasten <UP> und

<DOWN> eingeben

Eingegebene Frequenz wird am Display angezeigt.

2.2. Wahl der Betriebsart

Der Empfänger verfügt über die Betriebsarten :

- AM für den Empfang von amplitudenmodulierten

Sendern ( Rundfunkstationen, z.B. DLF, BBC, ... )

- CW für den Empfang von A1 Signalen

( Morsesendungen, z.B. Portishead, IAR, ROMA ... )

- FSK ( Frequency Shift Keying ) für Telex (RTTY-), SITOR,

und FAX Sendungen

- USB ( Upper Side Band ) für den Empfang von im Einseiten-

band modulierten Signalen ( SSB Single Side Band )

Für den Empfang von LSB ( Lower Side Band ) kann die

Betriebsart FSK verwendet werden.

Wenn das Gerät vor der Frequenzeingabe im Stand-By Betrieb war,

ist als Grundeinstellung die Betriebsart USB eingestellt.

Durch Drücken der Taste <MODE> wird die Betriebsart von

USB auf AM umgeschaltet. Durch weiteres Drücken auf CW,

FSK , und wieder auf USB .

Am Display wird die eingestellte Betriebsart angezeigt.
