4. Usage Assembly
1. Place the metal shaft inside the grinding head, place the
blade that sharp side should be on front and place the
one of cutting disc. Turn the screw ring in the direction of
the arrow on the cutter housing until it is properly
fastened
2. Attach the cutter housing to the motor unit.
3. Place the tray on the upright part of the cutter housing.
4. Now the appliance is ready for mincing.
Meat grinding process
5. Remove bones, pieces of gristle and sinews as much as
possible.
Cut the meat into 10cm-long, 2cm-thick strips. Press
switch on button. Push the meat, piece by piece, down the
cutter housing, using pusher.
6. Plug-in and turn the on-off button to 1 or 2 as required.
NOTE!
For 'Çiğ köfte' mince the meat with middle grinding
disc first and then small grinding disc.
WARNING!
Never use frozen meat.
WARNING!
If your appliance is stucked, stop the mincer by turning
the switch button off position, then turn the reverse
button for a few seconds to release the jam. Wait until
the appliance has stopped completely before turning
“1-2” or “reverse” button. Turn the switch button on to
continue mincing.
ATTENTION!
Never push with the fingers or any other implement.
