FILTRO LONG LASTING
Faber ha sviluppato un nuovo filtro a carboni attivi che può es-
sere utilizzato più volte. Grazie alla tecnologia multistrato il fil-
tro Long Lasting aumenta ulteriormente l'efficacia di filtrazione,
il doppio strato infatti, attraverso un pre-filtraggio iniziale, cat-
tura le particelle più grosse e con un secondo filtraggio a mag-
giore concentrazione, garantisce una pulizia ottimale dell’aria.
Il filtro è lavabile in lavastoviglie ogni 3-4 mesi

, per una durata
massima di 3 anni e si asciuga a temperatura ambiente tenen-
dolo in posizione verticale, per facilitare la fuoriuscita d’acqua,
o in alternativa si può inserire in forno a temperatura di 50° C.
Permette di smontare con rapidità il gruppo di aspirazione.

LONG LASTING FILTER
Faber has developed a new, re-usable active carbon filter. Than-
ks to the multi-layer technology, the Long Lasting filter further
increases filtration efficiency, with the double layer using an ini-
tial pre-filtration to capture the largest particles, and a second,
more concentrated filtration to guarantee optimal air cleanli-
ness.
The filter can be washed in the dishwasher every 3-4 months

vertical position to allow the water to drain out. Alternatively, it
can be placed in an oven at 50°C.

Switch on the hood a minute before cooking begins to create
air flow that channels fumes and steam toward the aspiration
surfaces.
Lower speeds are generally sufficient for cooking which produces
weaker odours and steam, such as the cooking of pasta and sauces.
Higher speeds are necessary for cooking which produces stronger
odours and steam, such as fried or grilled foods or the cooking of
several different dishes at once.
If necessary, leave the hood switched on even after cooking is fini-
shed so that all steam and odours can be properly aspirated.
