2 x Washer 5.4 x 5.2 x 0.9
2 x Screw M5 x 10
Join the two parts of the lamp mount together. This is made easier by the
small guide element which is already mounted on one side. Push the two
pieces together and secure the connection with the screws M5 x 10 and
washers.
Rear lights, left and right
Light protection, left and right 4 x Nut M5
4 x Washer 13.7 x 5.4 x 0.9
Insert the left rear light (with fog light) into the left light protection ( xture
eye right, cable guide bottom). Pay attention to ensure that the cable is
correctly inside the duct. Now guide the threaded bolts of the light through
the drilled holes on the left side of the lamp mount and screw the rear light
rmly into place using the nuts M5 and washers 13.7 x 5.4 x 0.9. Do the
same for the right rear light (with reversing light).
Now mount the entire lamp mount under the second wheel rail. To do this
adjust the short link screws in the second wheel rail to the distance of the
lamp mount holders. Guide the screws through the drilled holes in the
holders of the lamp mount and screw into place using the washers
17.6 x 6.5 x 1.1 and wing nuts.
5.1.5 INSTALLATION OF THE REAR LIGHTS
2 x Washer 17.6 x 6.5 x 1.1 2 x Wing nut
Mount the license plate holder using the already mounted Allen screws and
washers to the lamp mount in such a way that the lamps and the license
plate holder are level.
The mounting clips for securing the license plate are push-out parts in the
holder. Break out two of the clips.
Slide the license plate into the holder, then push the clips into the cut-outs
to secure the license plate.

5.1.7 MOUNTING THE FRAME HOLDER
Use the key to open the lock on the knob nut and remove the key. Unscrew
the knob nut completely from the frame holder by rotating anti-clockwise.
Now remove the washer, the frame clip and the tube-side spacer from the
thread. Place the thread on a  rm and scratch-proof surface and push the
cu and tube carefully in the direction of the underlay. This releases the
lock screw from the cu and also removes the cover cap. Pull the lock screw
completely from the cu and separate the tube from the cu . Open the cu
and remove the rubber inlay. Place the rubber inlay around the U-bracket in
a position suitable for your bicycle (will depend Clips Cut-out for installation
clips on frame size and shape). Now place the cu over the rubber inlay and
squeeze together  rmly, in doing so, make sure that the rubber inlay is not
crushed or creased. Insert the lock screw through the two drilled holes of
the cu . Gently rotating will tell you whether the square of the lock screw
is seated  rmly. Now place the components on the lock screw in this order:
Tube, spacer (with the curve facing the frame clip), frame clip,
spacer (with the curve facing the frame clip) and washer. Screw the knob
nut into place by turning clockwise. Replace the cover cap back on the cu .

5.1.8 LAYING ELECTRICAL CABLES
Lay the cables along the tube of the rack plate. The cables may not be
bent, stretched or crushed, e.g. in the vicinity of the folding mechanism.
Secure the cables with the supplied cable ties. When you are  nished, trim
any excess material from the cable ties using cutting pliers.

5.2 MOUNTING THE BICYCLE RACK ON THE TRAILER TOW BAR
Ensure that the trailer tow bar is undamaged, clean and free of grease.
Remove any existing paintwork from the coupling head.
Before you put the bicycle rack on the trailer tow bar, familiarise yourself
with the quick locking system.
The quick locking mechanism is a component with a tension lever.
Activating the tension lever opens or closes the quick locking mechanism.
With the help of the securing bolt and the padlock, the quick locking system
may be locked and secured.
The padlock is always required when using the bicycle
rack.
Park your vehicle on a level surface. Apply the handbrake. Remove the
securing bolt from the quick locking mechanism and rotate by 90° to
prevent it from engaging again. Open the quick locking mechanism by
lifting the tension lever.
Place the rack, from above, horizontally onto the trailer tow bar. Push
the tension lever of the quick locking mechanism down (force required is
approximately 35 - 40 kg) as far as it will go (the lever will remain in the
