Place the 4 rail halves in front of you as shown on the pictures below,

and guide the components in the sequence shown under the rail into the

existing link.

Rail 2, left half

Rail 1, right half

Pull one tensioning strap through each wheel stopper. Now insert one

wheel stopper in each wheel rail into the topmost link.

Make sure that the wheel stopper can be pushed from the inside to the

outside towards the wheel.

Repeat this assembly process for rail 2.

Insert the connecting element from the top with the threaded bolt in the

drilled holes of the wheel rail. From below, insert the metal loop with the

ridges facing outwards, over the threaded bolt and screw  rmly with two

washers 11.9 x 6.5 x 0.9 and two wing buts.

Connect the right and left halves of rail 1 with a rail connector.

Insert the long screws of the wheel rails through the drilled holes of the

base frame. Make sure that the wheel rail with the additional short link

screws is secured at the back of the base frame. Align the wheel rails

centrally on the

base frame. Screw the wheel rails into place with the washers 17.6 x 6.5 x

1.1 and wing nuts.
