Remise à zéro de tous les réglages – RESET
Pour remettre l‘ordinateur à zéro, appuyez sur la touche de fonc-
tion ST/SP pendant au moins 4 secondes jusqu‘à ce que le bip
retentisse et que les valeurs d‘origine soient achées.
Pause/ interruption de l‘exercice et remise à zéro
Les programmes peuvent être interrompus à tout moment. Appuyez sim-
plement sur la touche de fonction ST/SP. Le programme s‘arrête immédiate-
ment
. Pour redémarrer, appuyez à nouveau sur la touche ST/SP. Le program-
me
redémarre où vous vous êtes arrêté.
Si le programme est interrompu pendant plus de 4 minutes, l‘ordinateur
entre en mode veille.
Appuyez sur toute touche et vous retournez au programme où vous étiez.
Sécurité
Notre recommandation : Demandez conseil à votre médecin avant de com-
mencer votre entraînement.
• Entraînez-vous régulièrement et sur une période de temps étendue.
• Portez des vêtements confortables et aérés.
• Portez des chaussures non glissantes. Ne vous entraînez jamais pieds nus,
cela pourrait causer des blessures, surtout à vos orteils.
• Ne mangez pas de repas lourd jusqu‘à une heure avant ou après votre
entraînement.
• Buvez beaucoup.
