Le programme Retour au Calme ne peut pas mesurer votre
fréquence cardiaque si elle est en dessous de 72 battements par
minute au début du programme.

Quand le programme Retour au Calme a commencé, le pro-
gramme précédemment sélectionné s‘arrête. Si vous décidez de
continuer l‘entraînement, choisissez un autre programme.
Programme Retour au Calme
Caractéristiques de ce programme
• Le Programme Retour au Calme calcule la capacité du corps à récupérer
après l‘entraînement et ceci grâce au niveau de forme.
• Le programme commence automatiquement après avoir appuyé sur la
touche RECOVERY. Cela dure 60 secondes.
• Le programme peut être interrompu en appuyant sur RESET.
Sélection
Appuy
ez sur la touche RECOVERY à la n de votre session d‘entraînement.
Les colonnes temps/ résistance sur l‘écran acheront le symbole d‘un cœur.
L‘écran START passe à STOP.
Le Programme Retour au Calme commence quand vous appuyez sur la
touche RECOVERY. Il n‘est pas nécessaire de conrmer en appuyant sur le
bouton de sélection.
Réglages dans le programme
I
l n‘y a plus de réglages à eectuer. Le programme dure 60 secondes. Après le
bip, la note de forme (F1 – F6) apparaît sur l‘écran.
Fin/ interruption du programme
L
e programme ne peut pas être interrompu, mais il peut être arrêté en
utilisant la fonction «n» de la touche RESET (en gardant la touche RESET
enfoncée).
