Persoonlijk hartslagprogramma (P 9)
Gelijkmatige intensiteit
Het persoonlijke hartslagprogramma (P 9) zorgt ervoor dat u precies op de
vooraf door u ingestelde hartslag traint.
Hierbij wordt u hartslag constant in de gaten gehouden. De computer ver-
hoogt of verlaagt de weerstand en let hierbij ook op uw trapfrequentie.
Wanneer de door u ingestelde waarde wordt bereikt of overschreden, knip-
pert de waarde op het scherm. De weerstand wordt verlaagd om uw hartslag
weer naar de ingestelde waarde terug te brengen.
Hartslagprogramma (P 10 – 12)
Gelijkmatige conditietraining
De hartslagprogrammas 60 % (P 10), 75 % (P 11) en 85 % (P 12) zorgt ervoor
dat u precies op de voor uw trainingsdoel belangrijke hartslag traint.
Dit gebeurt door de juiste hartslag te berekenen op basis van uw leeftijd en
door uw hartslag gedurende de training voortdurend in de gaten te houden.
Dit programma is gebaseerd op twee belangrijke, medisch-weten-
schappelijke inzichten:
• Ieder menselijk organisme heeft een maximale hartslag.
- Afhankelijk van het trainingsdoel dient de hartslag bij de training tussen de
50 % en 85 % van de maximale hartslag te liggen.
De gangbare manier om de maximale hartslag te berekenen is:
220 – leeftijd = maximale hartslag
