BMR
Den basala ämnesomsättningsnivån (BMR) är den mängd energi som krävs
under ett dygn för att (i viloläge) upprätthålla kroppens grundläggande
funktioner, t.ex. under sömnen, och vid en rumstemperatur av 28°.
Din verkliga energiförbrukning (aktivitetsvolym) får du fram genom att mul-
tiplicera ditt beräknade BMR med en aktivitetsfaktor (se nedan).
