Individuell hjertefrekvenskontroll (P 9)

Det individuelle programmet med kontroll av hjertefrekvens (P 9) hjelper deg
til å trene med akkurat den hjertefrekvensen du selv taster inn.
Dette er mulig takket være en permanent hjertefrekvenskontroll. Datamaski-
nen setter opp eller ned tråkkemotstanden, også avhengig av din tråkkefre-
kvens.
Hvis du når eller overskrider den innstilte verdien, begynner visningen å
blinke, og tråkkemotstanden synker for å holde pulsen din på den innstilte
verdien.
Hjertefrekvenskontroll (P 10 – 12)
Gleichmäßige Ausdauerbelastung
Programmer hjertefrekvenskontroll 60 % (P 10), hjertefrekvenskontroll 75 %
(P 11) og hjertefrekvenskontroll 85 % (P 12) hjelper deg til å trene med den
nøyaktige hjertefrekvensen som tilsvarer ditt treningsmål.
Dette er mulig takket være beregningen av riktig hjertefrekvens med ut-
gangspunkt i dine data (alder) og en permanent hjertefrekvenskontroll under
treningen.
Dette programmet baseres på to medisinske idretts- og forskningsre-
sultater som er viktige for din trening:
• Hver menneskekropp har sin spesikke maksimale hjertefrekvens.
• Avhengig av valgt treningsmål trener man med 50 % – 85 % av den maksi-
male hjertefrekvensen.
