Calorías (CAL): Si ha ajustado el tiempo de entrenamiento o la traza de

entrenamiento, relampaguea el indicador de calorías (CAL).

• Gire con la rueda de selección hasta que en la pantalla aparezca el número

de selección.

Edad (AGE): Si ha ajustado las calorías, relampaguea el indicador de la edad

AGE).

Activación del entrenamiento

Si han realizado todos los ajustes, vuelve a relampaguear el indicador del pro-

rama. Ahora pulsando el botón ST/SP active el programa de entrenamiento

y empiece a entrenar

Ajuste durante el entrenamiento

E

l ordenador modica automáticamente la resistencia de pedales. Por medio

de la frecuencia de pedales controle su frecuencia de corazón.

El programa de entrenamiento empieza al nivel de resistencia 1. No ajuste la

resistencia de pedales. El ordenador la regulará automáticamente.

Con este programa es indispensable agarrar el detector del pulso

manual o usar el cinto de tórax (equipamiento especial).
