Para medir/calcular el valor de la condición es indispensable
agarrar bien los detectores del pulso manual para que se pueda
medir su pulso. Si usa el cinto de tórax (equipamiento especial),
se carga el valor medido por el cinto.
Si termina Vd.
su unidad de entrenamiento con el programa de regeneración,
después de 60 segundos obtendrá la valoración de su condición.
Regeneración
En la pantalla en HEAR
T RATE aparece su actual frecuencia de corazón. Al
lado de la misma se indica el último valor guardado de su entrenamiento.
El tiempo se calcula de 60 segundos a 0:00.
En cuanto el tiempo se descuente hasta 0:00, sonará el tono de señal. El
programa de la regeneración termina. El indicador en la pantalla indica la
nota de su condición.
También se visualizan los dos valores de la frecuencia de corazón, el último
valor medido durante el entrenamiento (a la izquierda), el valor después de
60 segundos de la r
egeneración (a la derecha en HEART RATE).
Nota de la condición
F1 – muy buena condición
F2 – buena condición
F3 – condición suciente
F4 – condición débil
F5 – necesidad de mejorar la condición
F6 – gran necesidad de mejorar la condición
