El cálculo de los valores BMI-BMR-medición de la grasa corporal le ayuda a
clasicar su cuerpo y rendimiento y también a encontrar el programa correc-
t
o de entrenamiento con la extensión adecuada del entrenamiento.
El ordenador se calcula de los valores introducidos por Vd. (sexo, edad, altura
corporal y peso corporal). Sus valores personales:
• BMI (Body Mass Index)
• BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate)
• g
rasa corporal (FAT %)
• tipo de cuerpo
Control individual de la frecuencia de corazón (P 9)
Carga pareja permanente
El programa individual con el control de la frecuencia de corazón (P 9) le ayu-
da a entr
enar con la frecuencia de corazón precisa ajustada con antelación.
Esto es posible gracias al control permanente de la frecuencia de corazón. El
ordenador va aumentando o reduciendo la resistencia de pedales también
en dependencia de la fr
ecuencia de pedalear.
Si logra o supera el valor ajustado, el indicador empieza a relampaguear. La
resistencia de pedalear se reduce de modo que su pulso se mantenga en el
valor pr
eajustado.
