Toto je možné vďaka stálej kontrole srdcovej frekvencie. Počítač pritom zvyšu

alebo znižuje odpor šliapania, i v závislosti od Vašej frekvencie šliapania.
Keď Vami nastavenú hodnotu dosiahnete alebo prekročíte, ukazovateľ začne
blikať a odpor šliapania sa zníži tak, aby udržal Váš tep na vopred nastavenej
hodnote.

pri tom, aby ste trénovali s presnou srdcovou frekvenciou, ktorá zodpovedá
Vášmu cieľu pri tréningu.
Toto je možné vďaka výpočtu správnej srdcovej frekvencie na základe Vami
zadaných hodnôt (vek) a tiež vďaka stálej kontrole Vašej srdcovej frekvencie v
priebehu tréningu.
Tento program sa zakladá na 2 lekárskych, športových a vedeckých
poznatkoch, ktoré sú pre Váš tréning dôležité:
• Každý ľudský organizmus má svoju špecickú maximálnu srdcovú frekven
-
ciu.
Podľa stanoveného cieľa tréningu sa trénuje medzi 50 % a 85 % maximálnej
srdcovej frekvencie.
