4.5.9.1 TARGET LOST SETUP submenu relating to the operations necessary to establish the actions
necessary if the target object is lost
Option Value Explanation
TO HOME
If ELKDome loses the target object, it is possible to establish the
actions to be carried out: the RETURN HOME AND TRACKING
option repositions the camera on the initial position (i.e. the
position after power-on) and re-enables Tracking from that
position.
KEEP TRACK
The KEEP TRACKING option leaves the camera in the position
reached and leaves the Tracking function enabled while awaiting
re-interception of an object.
ACTION
STOP TRACK
The STOP TRACKING option leaves the camera in the position
reached and disables the Tracking function.
WAIT TIME
5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40
seconds
This option determines the period of time that must pass before
performing a pre-established action following absence of
movement in the scene.
The action (defined LOST ACT) may:
o reposition the camera on the initial position (i.e. that after
power-on) and re-enable Auto-Tracking from that position
(RETURN HOME AND TRACKING)
o leave the camera in the position reached with the Auto-
Tracking function enabled while awaiting re-interception
of an object (KEEP TRACKING)
o leave the camera in the position reached and disable the
Auto-Tracking function (STOP TRACKING)
TRACKING TIME
AUTO,1 ÷ 15 minutes
This option is used to set the maximum tracking time, in minutes,
during which the camera carries out auto-tracking of objects.
After the time set, regardless or not of the presence of movement
in the scene, the camera will perform the command set on the
“LOST ACT “option.
If “AUTO” is selected, there will be no limitation on the tracking
time and, in the absence of movement in the scene, the “WAIT
TIME” option will be activated.
