PIZZA (4 stuks rond Ø 28cm)
Voorbereiding:
Tomatensaus
Ingrediënten van het deeg:
500 g bloem, type 405
250 ml water
20 g gist
1Ei
2 eetlepel olijfolie
1 theelepel zout
Bereidingswijze van het deeg:
Los de gist op in het water en kneed dit
samen met de overige ingrediënten tot
een elastisch deeg.
Het deeg vervolgens 30 minuten op een
warme plaats laten rijzen, tot het deeg
tweemaal zo hoog is.
Ingrediënten tomatensaus:
2 blikken gepelde, gehakte toma-
ten (800 g)
100 g uien, fijngehakt
2 tenen knoflook, fijngehakt
zout, peper, oregano of pizzakrui-
den
Bereiding tomatensaus:
Uien, knoflook en kruiden door de toma-
ten mengen en inkoken tot een dikke
saus ontstaat. Laten afkoelen.
Ingrediënten beleg:
600 g feta of mozzarella, gesneden in
blokjes van 1cm,
per pizza 150 g
Extra’s 400 g:
ham, salami, champignons, blokjes
spek, ansjovis,
per pizza 100 g
Bereiden:
Het deeg in 4 porties verdelen, tot een
bal kneden en met veel meel in
ca. 3-4mm dikke schijven uitrollen.
Deegschijven met koude tomatensaus
bestrijken, ca. 1cm langs de rand vrij-
houden. De gewenste extra’s en de feta
of mozzarella gelijkmatig erover verde-
len.
Bakken in voorverwarmde oven op
230°C
