ROSBIEF/BEENHAM (voor 4-

Voorbereiding:
Vlees 1 uur vantevoren uit de koelkast
halen.
Ingrediënten:
1000 g rosbief/beenham
2 eetlepel pindaolie
zout, peper, paprika, een beetje
mosterd
Bereidingswijze:
Was de rosbief/beenham en droog deze
af met keukenpapier.
Meng de kruiden met de pindaolie en
bestrijk het vlees gelijkmatig met het
kruidenmengsel.
De rosbief/beenham in de braadpan op
het fornuis op hoog vuur 10 minuten
aan alle kanten aanbraden en in de
voorverwarmde vorm leggen.
Bakvorm:
Hittevaste glas-, keramische vorm of
gietijzeren braadpan.
OPWARMEN (maaltijden voor 4-
6 personen)
Kookgerei:
U kunt elke soort kookgerei gebruiken
dat minimaal bestand is tegen een tem-
peratuur van 110°C.
Bereidingswijze:
De gerechten apart of door elkaar op
bord of kookgerei schikken. Plaats het
gerecht zonder af te dekken in de oven.
Max. 6 borden (ø 26 cm).
